Can customers unsubscribe from sequence emails?

Yes, you can add an unsubscribe link to your emails. If you forget, we helpfully add it for you add the bottom of the email.

If I add new emails to a sequence later, what happens?

New emails only get sent out if a customer hasn’t finished the sequence (ie. they didn’t receive the last email in the sequence yet). If they did finish the sequence, they won’t get the new emails.

How many emails can be added to a sequence?

The limit is set to 10 different emails per sequence.
