Group your customers in various segments
Segments are a really poweful feature that help you quickly understand your customers.
Imagine with just a few clicks having these questions answered:
- who has the highest MRR?
- who paid us the most so far?
- who is trialing?
- who subscribed in the last 90 days?
All these, and many more, questions are quickly answered with segments.
From your Customers page, click New segment. This replaces your segments list with many options to create segments from, when they subscribed, their subscription status or their TCV. You can mix and match, edit and delete a segment however you need.
