I can’t create automations?

Automations are a paid feature. You need to have an active subscription. Go to Settings > Billing to set it up.

I can’t enable an automation?

Depending on your automation you’ve set up, it might need additional settings. For example: your account need valid email settings, for automations that send email.

Can I use multiple triggers or actions?

No. Each automation can have one trigger and one action.

Are there any limits to the number of automations I can create?

No. You can create unlimited automations with every subscription, but it’s advised to keep it simple for starters and add more as you grow.
